Anyone work for Convergys in Jacksonville, NC?
I have a face-to-face interview scheduled and want to know what it will be like working there. How the atmosphere is, etc. Do you sit in a cubical all day? Whats the break schedule like and do you like what you are doing. Thanks! Other - Local Businesses - 1 Answers

I actually don't work at the Jacksonville site, but I work at the Kamloops, BC, Canada site. I am currently in Jacksonville at the Convergys for a month assisting with training and stuff. Overall, i like the job. It isn't for everyone though. If you are interviewing to be an agent, you will be in a cubicle all day... For an 8 hour shift, you get 2 breaks and a lunch..
